Eden Hotels is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for Crown Hotel Eindhoven. We have exciting times ahead of us with major projects in the pipeline. In short, this is the time to step in.

As our Sales Coordinator you play a crucial role in the growth of our company by spotting leads and sales opportunities like a true professional. Together with your colleagues you will go out and meet potential customers. You take a smart and strategic approach, always with one goal: achieving successful results. It's all about building strong customer relationships and long-term collaborations. You will also work with the Sales team to organize special events for our clients and passionately represent our hotels at networking events and trade shows.

Eden Hotels is part of Zien Group. In 2022, Zien Group was created through the collaboration between the Dijkstra family, the founders of Eden Hotels, and KSL Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm specializing in the travel and leisure sector. With a portfolio of 12 hotels, the focus in the coming years will be on re-branding Eden Hotels and creating new brands. Zien Group's vision is to expand significantly in the coming years, both in the Netherlands and abroad.


This is what you will do as a Sales Coordinator:


  • Actively contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will do this by taking strategic initiatives and implementing targeted actions with a positive impact.
  • Take leadership in lead generation, opportunity creation and new client acquisition. You approach potential customers with enthusiasm and genuine interest.
  • Collaborate with your hotel colleagues and Regional Sales Manager to identify opportunities to grow our brand, establish business partnerships and generate new leads.
  • As a proud ambassador, you will represent our hotels at various networking events and trade shows.
  • Provide reports to the Regional Sales Manager to provide a clear picture of your activities, successes and challenges.
  • Organize and coordinate client events.
  • Work closely with Sales colleagues in the region, share responsibilities fairly and contribute to the collective success of our hotels.

Job requirements

Who are you?


  • You have a relevant completed education.
  • You have a proactive, goal-oriented attitude that allows you to not only meet but exceed goals.
  • You have a high level of ambition and are driven to lead both yourself and the team to success.
  • You are stress resistant and flexible and feel at home in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a commercial mindset and are always looking for opportunities and market trends to boost the company's growth.
  • You preferably have at least 1 year of experience in a commercial role within hospitality.
  • You have an affinity for the hotel industry and preferably already have a valuable network within the vibrant business life of Eindhoven and Maastricht.
  • You have strong communication skills and know better than anyone how to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
