Who are we?

In the center of Hengelo, you will find City Hotel Hengelo, a hotel with 100 hotel rooms, a breakfast restaurant, a bar, and 4 meeting rooms. We are a close-knit relatively small, enthusiastic, and passionate team. We are known for our exceptional friendliness and service. Whenever possible, we like to at a little twist that makes you laugh or think for a moment. Our number one value is to be kind to each other and the guests, just act normal and be yourself! Everyone feels at home.

Eden Hotels has built a compelling collection of city centre hotels over two generations. Our hands-on approach combines decades of industry expertise with business insight, enabling each and every colleague to reach their full potential. We take great pleasure in creating local experiences and lasting memories for our guests. With our 12 hotels, we are located in all the great cities and surprising places in the Netherlands. We know everything about our cities and ensure that the guest feels like part of our family. With our ambition to grow internationally, our mission is to start providing that same excellent service and experience across Europe. Who are you?

• You're awake before the alarm goes off.
• You enjoy working in a team, but working independently is also no problem for you.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Do you also speak (some) French, German, or Spanish? Even better!
• You really put the guest first; you have a service-oriented attitude and a true hospitality mindset.
• You have a great sense of responsibility.
• You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills.
• You are accurate and stress-resistant.
• You preferably have experience in the hospitality.
• You live in the region of Hengelo.
