Are you a true night owl? Do you value hospitality, can you stand your ground and have excellent self-reliance? In that case, we are looking for you.

What will you be doing?

Your shift starts at 23:00. That’s no problem for you because you are flexible. During the night, together with a colleague, you will help guests check in and out and you will answer any questions they may have. Throughout the night you are busy with various tasks and don’t get bored for a single moment. Among other things, you will prepare the arrivals for the next day, so that your colleagues can immediately get started in the morning. In addition, you can order a taxi or bring an extra blanket to a room. At 07:00 am your shift is finished, and you then brief the morning shift and transfer all ongoing tasks to them. With a satisfied feeling you are ready to head home.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a positive outlook on life and are extremely enthusiastic and happy.
  • Although you like to work in teams, you also enjoy working on your own.
  • You put the guest first; you always want to offer the best service and experience.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility.
  • If you have prior experience in a bar or restaurant, that’s nice but not required.
  • You speak fluent English (Dutch is an advantage).
  • Experience with MEWS system is an advantage.
  • You live in the region of Amsterdam.

  • Salary range is between 2,234 EUR – 2,600 EUR depending on years of experience; and skills
